EMERGENCY CARE

Coastal Elite offers you the peace of mind that comes with knowing a familiar veterinarian will be available for your horse, round-the-clock; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

PRE-PURCHASE EXAMS

A complete physical, soundness, and neurologic exam is performed, evaluating numerous body systems, customized for the intended use of the horse.

VACCINATIONS

The goal of our immunization program is to prevent costly, life-threatening diseases using vaccines. These are selected based on each individual horse's risk of exposure to those diseases.

SURGERY

We perform numerous minor surgeries at your farm. We use sedation and local nerve blocks to perform many of these procedures on the standing horse.

Microchips are electronic devices the size of a grain of rice that are easily. Having your animal microchipped proves proof of ownership in case of theft, disaster, civil situations and a multitude of other reasons.

PRO-STRIDE APS

We are excited to announce the addition of Pro-Stride APS to our growing list of services! This process uses your horse's own blood to create a concentrated mixture of platelets and anti-inflammatory proteins.

WELLNESS EXAMS

Improving health and detecting unrecognized health problems help to keep your animal heathy. The scope of a wellness program is more comprehensive and is a glimpse at the whole picture.

DENTAL CARE

Regular, preventative oral care prolongs the life of the horse's teeth (and the horse) by identifying and treating abnormalities early on, before they become a major problem.

We combine experienced medicine with new medical technologies to bring out the best in traditional and new care for your animal. We never do any unnecessary testing, only what needs to be done, only what's in your animals' best interest.

At Coastal Elite we work as a team. We share updates on our cases with each other during our weekly doctor rounds every Monday. We know you may not have time to wait to talk to your preferred vet, which is why we answer calls as they come in, and are available to your animals in an emergency 24/7.
